Pope Francis appoints new Bishop for Hexham and Newcastle Diocese!
Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust welcomes the announcement from the Holy Father, Pope Francis, that Right Reverend Stephen Wright, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Birmingham has been appointed as the new Bishop of Hexham and Newcastle.
As a family of schools, we pray for Bishop Stephen as he prepares to be installed as our Bishop. We look forward to working together in collaboration with Bishop Stephen as we make Christ known and loved within our Diocese.
