At Our Lady & St. Bede's Catholic Academy, we began the academic year with an inspiring whole-school project called ‘Pieces of Me’. This creative initiative invited every form class to take part in a unique task designed to celebrate individuality and community.

Each student was given a jigsaw piece to decorate, reflecting the virtues they aspire to grow in, such as confidence, resilience, and respect. These personal designs showcased not only artistic talent but also deep spiritual reflection, as students considered the qualities that shape their character.

When all the pieces were combined, each form created a complete jigsaw—symbolizing that every student is an essential part of our school’s masterpiece. This collaborative display beautifully represents our theme of ‘Masterpiece’, reminding us that together, we form something extraordinary.

The ‘Pieces of Me’ project captured the creativity, honesty, and faith of our students, reinforcing the message that every individual contributes to the strength and beauty of our community.
