A Fantastic Visit From CoachBright
There was real excitement at Our Lady & St Bede Catholic Academy in Stockton this week as we welcomed CoachBright into school for an inspiring session with our Year 10 and Year 7 pupils as part of our Peer to Peer Coaching Programme.
The visit highlighted just how much our pupils have grown - not only academically, but personally and socially too.
Highlights From the Programme
Across the sessions, we saw:
- Highly engaged pupils demonstrating excellent conduct
- Year 10 coaches showing leadership, empathy, and kindness
- Improved communication, confidence, and resilience
- Year 7 pupils developing a more positive attitude toward their learning
The impact reached far beyond mathematical understanding — pupils are growing into confident leaders, supportive peers, and reflective learners who live out our school virtues each day.
Looking Ahead to Graduation
We are thrilled that both coaches and coachees will soon celebrate their achievements with a graduation visit to Northumbria University - an exciting and inspirational way to mark their hard work.
