Celebrating Faith Through Action
Pupils at Our Lady and St Bede Catholic Academy have been busy living out the true spirit of Lent as they came together to host a series of fantastic Lent Fayres. The events were filled with excitement, creativity and community spirit, showcasing the values that lie at the heart of our school.
Creativity, Teamwork and Joy
Across the academy, pupils worked together to plan stalls, organise activities and create a joyful atmosphere for everyone involved. From fun games and lively raffles to handmade treats and imaginative stalls, the Lent Fayres were a brilliant celebration of teamwork and generosity.
It was wonderful to see pupils taking the lead, sharing ideas and supporting one another to make each event a great success.
Giving to Others This Lent
These Fayres reflect what Lent is truly about - thinking of others, giving generously and making a difference. All funds raised throughout the week will be donated to CAFOD, helping to support communities most in need around the world.
A Community to Be Proud Of
We are incredibly proud of our pupils for their enthusiasm, compassion and hard work. Their efforts have made a real impact, and we look forward to sharing the final fundraising totals very soon.
